MGC New Life Christian Academy accepts students regardless of race, nationality, or creed. Admission is based on the results of the entrance assessment. Academic and behavioral standing from the previous school (if applicable), as well as an interview with the student and parents, are also considered.
Once admitted and enrolled, students must comply with the program requirements, academic and disciplinary regulations, and all other policies instituted by the administration.

International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (Pre-Nursery to Grade 6)
Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) (Pre-Nursery to Senior High School).
ADMISSION ASSESSMENT
Early Years: Pre-Nursery, Nursery, and Kindergarten
The entrance assessment will consist of a readiness assessment.
The school accepts applicants from Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten with or without prior schooling. All applicants must pass a one-on-one readiness assessment conducted by an Early Years teacher.
Primary Years (Grade 1 - Grade 6) and High School
Applicants must have completed the grade level immediately preceding the level they are applying for and must pass a written entrance assessment administered by the Guidance and Testing Center.

Early Years Applicants: Readiness Assessment
Incoming Grade 1: Standardized Test and Chinese
Incoming Grades 2–10: Standardized Test, Filipino, and Chinese
Incoming Grade 11: Standardized Test, English, Mathematics, Filipino, and Science
Please note: The subject-specific tests are designed to assess the applicant’s age- and grade-appropriate knowledge and skills based on what they are expected to have learned in their current or previous grade level.

RECOMMENDATION FORM
FOR GRADES 2 - 8 APPLICANTS ONLY
Two (2) Recommendation Forms are required:
1. Homeroom Teacher/Class Adviser
2. Guidance Counselor
Instructions
Please give the Recommendation Form to your child’s current Homeroom Teacher/Class Adviser and Guidance Counselor. They should be teachers/staff members who know your child well enough to complete the form.
If your child’s school does not have a Guidance Counselor, the second form may be completed by the School Supervisor or Principal.
Important: This is a confidential form.
The completed form must be sent directly by your child’s current school to MGC New Life Christian Academy by mail or email.
Parents should not complete, submit, or upload the Recommendation Form.

For Homeschooled Applicants:
Only one (1) Recommendation Form is required. It should be completed and submitted directly by the Program Coordinator of the homeschool provider.

Important Instructions

Upload the accomplished form to the designated section of the Schoolista Admission Portal.
ADMISSION FLOW
Application Period: October 5, 2026 – January 8, 2027
The Schoolista Application Portal is accessible only during this period.
Step 1 – Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form and upload all required documents.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Step 2 – Pay Application Fee
After your application has been evaluated, you will receive an email with instructions for paying the ₱2,000 non-refundable and non-transferable application fee.
Step 3 – Send Proof of Payment
Send your proof of payment for the admission fee with reference number to:

Subject: Application Fee_Last Name, First Name

Step 4 – Assessment
Receive and confirm your assessment schedule via email.
Step 5 – Attend the Assessment
Attend the written assessment on your confirmed schedule.
For Grade School to High School applicants, an interview is also part of the admission process. Applicants who pass the written assessment will receive an email with their interview schedule.
Step 6 – Check the Admission Result
The list of passers will be posted on the website.
Step 7 – Pay the Reservation Fee
Successful applicants will receive an Admission Letter and must pay the PhP 30,000.00 non-refundable, non-transferable reservation fee within seven (7) working days.
Step 8 – Submit Your Payment Confirmation
Send your proof of payment for the reservation fee, with the reference number to:

Step 9 – Submit the Original Documents
After your reservation is confirmed, submit the original hard copies of all required documents to the Registrar’s Office.

January 23, 2027 - (Saturday) - Pre-Nursery Level
INTERVIEW SCHEDULE: February 8 - 12, 2027
For Grades 1 to High School applicants who pass the written assessment.
The schedule will be sent via email.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS: February 23, 2027
Results will be posted on the school website after the assessment and interview process.
